Getting Started
Make sure you are or have been added as a User to LENA Online. If needed, contact your current LENA Online Administrator (the KBH Lab Manager), and they will be able to add you to the site.

Part 1: Working with LENA
LENA SP has a playlist of videos demonstrating working with LENA Hub and LENA Online. This is the general information included in these videos, please refer to them for more details:
Log on to LENA Online
2. Add Participants to LENA
Use the dropdown menu to navigate until Participants/Add Participants.
Fill-in enrolment:
Organization = check that “Byers Heinlein’s Lab at Concordia” is selected.
Functional Group = should be “NIH Bilingual Families Project”
Enrollment status = Enrolled
Date = Date of the first session in the lab
Add ID under "Other":
The External Reference ID, should be composed of: [StudyName]_[StudyID]_[BabyID]
For example: “BFPW1_CS001_50011"
3. Assign devices (recorders) to Participants
Go the Admin/Recorder Assignment Next to the participant name, type the recorder number, press enter, each number should be highlighted in purple.
