Make sure you are or have been added as a User to . If needed, contact your current LENA Online Administrator (the KBH Lab Manager), and they will be able to add you to the site.

Log on to LENA Online
2. Add Participants to LENA
Use the dropdown menu to navigate until Participants/Add Participants.
Fill-in enrolment:
Organization = check that “Byers Heinlein’s Lab at Concordia” is selected.
Functional Group = should be “NIH Bilingual Families Project”
Enrollment status = Enrolled
Date = Date of the first session in the lab
Add ID under "Other":
The External Reference ID, should be composed of: [StudyName]_[StudyID]_[BabyID]
For example: “BFPW1_CS001_50011"
3. Assign devices (recorders) to Participants
Go the Admin/Recorder Assignment Next to the participant name, type the recorder number, press enter, each number should be highlighted in purple.
