Moving to Montreal

Welcome! As a new KBH lab member, you may be moving to the new, wonderful city of Montreal. You may be worried about all of the things you have to take care of to settle down in your new home before you can settle into the lab. That’s what this guide is for! A list of things you’ll need to take care of and how to take care of them.

Some of the items are specific to those moving from a foreign country, but others will be helpful even if you’re moving from within Canada. These tips and tricks are provided by lab members from their own experiences, but don’t hesitate to do some of your own research (you are after all moving here for research experience!). If anything is unclear or missing, don’t hesitate to contact any of the current lab members with questions.
