To add or remove someone from 2-factor authentication using either a phone number or an app, go to aka.ms/mfasetup and follow the instructions. Currently, the lab manager can access the kbhcoor account using the Microsoft Authenticator app with a code, and Krista can access it by texting her phone number. To sign in, go to outlook.office.com and enter the full email address as the user ([e-mail]), and it will take you to Concordia's login page. Then enter the current password, and it will ask for 2-factor authentication. The default will be the Microsoft Authenticator app code, but Krista can click "sign in another way" to choose to send a code to her phone by text message.
