Concordia

As a Concordia student/employee, there are institutional procedures and processes that affect all of us.

Concordia netnames

All Concordia staff and students will have a netname and password that allows them to access Concordia's online systems, like Unity. Some people, like Postdocs, will have both a staff and a student netname. Staff netnames usually follow the format hkillam (first initial last name) and student netnames usually have an underscore in them.

Concordia IDs

Like netnames, all Concordia staff and students will have an ID number. Student IDs usually begin with 4. Staff IDs usually begin with 0.

IITS

IITS is the Concordia IT support. You can open a support request ticket with them here. They can help if you are having trouble with university tech equipment, logging into university platforms, etc.
