There are usually some documents to fill out before Orientation. The Lab Manager will let you know what to fill out when.

NIH, NSERC, and Régie confidentiality forms which the Lab Manager will provide to you at Orientation
Any contract forms or bursaries as applicable; Krista will have the Lab Manager prepare these for you and they are generally submitted via email
Key and access card requests (for Roundtable members and Honours students only, not volunteers). The current process for keys is outlined on the Psych department . There is an online request form and our departmental approver is Linh Tran (Psychology@concordia.ca). Our lab room number (for the key) is PY-033.08. The current process for access cards is . Generally, the Lab Manager will prepare the key requests for lab members to make sure the process is followed correctly.

TCPS2 CORE Ethics training for researchers in Canada, . This must be completed before accessing any participant data. Once the training has been completed, please email a copy of your completion certificate to the Lab Manager who will save it on the Admin server.
Concordia safety trainings on Moodle (these change periodically; the current process during Covid is that when someone new joins the lab, the lab manager must fill out the Request to Open Research Lab form , and email it to the Psych department Chair (Psychology.Chair@concordia.ca) and CC Linh Tran (Psychology@concordia.ca) and Barry Robinson (barry.robinson@concordia.ca)). Barry will then email the new member with all the trainings they will have to complete. The process to follow is outlined on the .
