Cash advances

Sometimes, Krista will need to submit a cash advance to receive reimbursement for cash she has fronted for the lab. This could be used, for example, for obtaining funds for participant compensation or public transportation costs.

Cash advances are submitted through SAP concur (the same portal as is used for expense reports). You will need to produce an explanation for the funds that you would like to receive, the total amount (with justification, such as amount given to each participant X total expected n, to equal your total request amount).
