Internal and external mail at Concordia

The mailroom is located in the PY Reception (PY-XXX). It can be accessed through the main reception area, or if locked, you can enter through the mailroom door using the key (on the lab manager keyring).

All mail will arrive here, including Amazon packages. We have one box labelled "Concordia Infant Research Lab" (where any lab related documents will come in). The lab manager should check this room regularly, especially if you are expecting a package.

To send mail outside of Concordia (external mail), like to participants or others, there is a dropbox in the PY Reception. The mail can be stamped and ready to go, or you can include a sticky note on the package with a grant code where you'd like postage to be charged (this may have changed in recent years, so double check with someone before going forward this way).

To send mail within Concordia (internal mail), use one of the Concordia mailers (some available in the lab, otherwise can request more from admin (ask Amanda, in PY Reception). The mailers can be reused, as long as you cross off the previous recipient and add a new recipient to the envelope.
