Slack - for various lab communications that do not need to be formalized as an email and that do not need to be saved for posterity (the free account deletes old messages)

Trello - for keeping track of the study pipeline from design to recruitment to testing to analyzing to writing to revising to publishing AND relevant lab conferences pipeline from what's upcoming to abstract writing to submitting to acceptance to who's going, etc.

Acuity - for scheduling lab member availability and booking participant appointments.

Google Calendar(s) - historically for scheduling lab member availability/participants, lab meeting, etc.

Google Account - [e-mail], Docs used for documenting some study-related protocols, Sheets used for website contact form for participants, Gmail has been used for communicating with parents but going forward will be used only by Lab Manager

Infant Account - [e-mail], used for communicating with parents in studies and sending out CDI links

Social Media - Instagram and Facebook used for recruitment and community engagement

Unity/Concordia Hub - Concordia's online system for staff and student accounts (expense reports, pay stubs, online trainings, software downloads, purchase requests, etc.)

Listservs - We have several listservs that allow lab members to email multiple people at the same time using a single email address. These are our listservs:

• [e-mail] (to contact all volunteers)

• [e-mail] (to contact all lab members)

• [e-mail] (to contact bilingualism researchers at Concordia)

To manage listserv subscriptions, compose an email to [e-mail] with the following attributes:

• Email Subject: Listserv

• In the email body, simply put the following: SUBSCRIBE kbh-roundtable Jane Doe (i.e., SUBSCRIBE NAMEOFLIST YOURFIRSTNAME YOURLASTNAME)

• To unsubscribe use SIGNOFF instead of SUBSCRIBE and follow the above instructions.
