NameCheap (website domain renewal)
The lab’s domain renewal service for our website (NameCheap) occurs annually in May, and we must submit a Purchase Requisition (PR) through Unity each year for this expense. A reminder has been set up on the kbh.coordinator email to prompt you to complete this in February.
You will submit a non-catalogue Purchase Requisition form for NameCheap on behalf of Krista, using “PY033.08” as the address and the default cost centre (“PSYCHOLOGY”). In the comments section, you can specify the following:
We use NameCheap to manage our lab’s domain name for our website (https://infantresearch.ca/), which serves as a hub for research-related information and participant recruitment. We do not input any personal information into NameCheap. The platform is solely used for domain registration and renewal purposes. This purchase is to renew our domain name for one more year. We do not require a PO to be sent to the vendor – we will be using Dr. Krista Byers-Heinlein’s P-Card to pay for this service in May. We have had this PR successfully approved by IT and Procurement in previous years (insert PR code from last year – can be found in KBH Admin server under accounting).
